Working with the staff at Century United has been an excellent experience. Our Century Rep. Ralph Vila is very knowledgeable about product lines offered. Over the years Ralph has done an outstanding job keeping our equipment up to date with current technology, while at the same time helping CB&T lower our operating costs. When shopping for a copier/printer, my main concern was customer service. Many times I have heard service is first. After the purchase, you are forgot about. Century United told me the same thing, but held true to their word. Rod Crick and the Dodge City staff have always taken care of me. Rod has came to my office on the weekends to get me running. Outstanding Customer Service I wanted to let Century United know how much I appreciate the customer service I receive from Century Midwest Office Machines in Chanute, KS. I have been fortunate to have Mark and Shaun as my service representatives for many years. Both Mark and Shaun are the most courtious and professional service men I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Whenever I need service for my Savin 2518j all I have to do is pick up the phone and make a quick phone call. When I started my present job in August of 2006, I was very suprised and relieved to find out that Century Midwest Office Machines would be the Company that supported my office machines. My job was not an easy one to walk into as the last employee left the position without any notice at all, and when I started there was a team of accountants here doing an audit of the books for the prior 2 years. When I seen the Savin 2518j and realized my employers where using it as a copy machine only, I immeadiately got authorization to contact Mark to get a quote so it could be converted to the main printer, and fax machine in conjunction with it being used as a copy machine. Mark helped me calculate the differnce in cost of using the Savin 2518j as all three compared to the cost of using a seperate printer, and a seperate fax machine(that was always jammed)and the savin 2518j as a copy machine only. I am pleased to report that I have been using the Savin 2518j as my main printer, copier and fax machine (very happily) now since Oct. of 2006. It is very nice to be able to do business with a company that actualy have the service behind the sales. I certainly recommend Century Midwest to all of my collegues whenever I am asked my opinion about printers, copiers, and fax machines. I would also like to mention how curtious Becky is when she calls each month to get my meter count. She is a joy to hear from when I have had a very busy day. Please keep up the good work! - L.H. Hi Carrie, I just wanted to pass on a big THANK YOU. The technician, Jason was just here and fixed the copier. He was very nice and even showed me how to put those crazy staple cartridges in the copier without blinking an eye. Unfortunately it’s usually the bad service that gets reported back to the company, but I feel excellent customer service and kindness should also be reported back. Thanks again!
