If you have a machine that is currently connected (i.e. print, scan, or fax), and are needing assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our Help Desk Team.


IT Support Fees:

  • 1st Phone Support (Max 15 min.): Free
  • Advanced Phone Support: $20 per 15min.
  • Remote Support: $25 per 15 min. minimum 1/2 hour
  • On-Site Support: $140 per hour

Our IT Department will do its best to resolve your issues through the initial phone support. If we are not able to resolve the issue within a timely manner we will offer to you what we think is the best option to get the machine fixed quickly. You may always check the FAQ's page or How To Guides for answers to your problems.
